美聯物業 - 張曉盈董事表示，部分業主願意擴闊議價空間，加速物業成交。該行新近錄得一宗長沙灣泓景臺二期8座極高層G室二手成交，單位實用面積約512平方呎，屬2房間隔，景觀開揚，獲買家以$716萬承接，折合實用呎價為$13,984。

張曉盈指，單位早前以$798萬放售，買家心儀屋苑鄰近港鐵站，交通便利，並且會所設施齊全，議價後減價$82萬成交，減幅約10.3%。原業主於2002年9月以約$186萬購入上述單位，持貨約23年，是次轉手帳面大幅獲利約$530萬，升值逾2.8倍。
