跑馬地紀雲峰兩房雙套戶月租$7.2萬承接

美聯物業跑馬地雅谷分行助理區域經理陳偉豪表示，該行剛促跑馬地本月份一宗大額租務成交，屬紀雲峰中層B室單位，為兩房雙套及儲物房間格，實用面積約1,451呎，建築面積約為1,885呎，議價後以月租$7.2萬成交，折合實用呎租約為$49.6，建築呎租約為$38.2。

業主於2012年3月份以約$3,370.2萬購入上述物業，若以目前租金計算，租金回報率約逾2.5厘。
