西貢相思灣村雙號村屋分層3房戶$800萬沽期內跌6%

世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢相思灣村雙號村屋分層戶成交，建築面積700平方呎，屬3房2廳間隔，連天台約700呎，享海景。物業原開價$849萬，獲買家以$800萬承接，建築面積呎價$11,429。

廖振雄指，原業主於2019年1月購入上址，當時作價$850萬元，持貨5年至今將單位轉售，賬面虧蝕$50萬離場，物業期內跌6%。
