中原地產嘉亨灣、鯉景灣及西灣河高級區域營業董事陳凱超表示，分行促成租賃成交單位為西灣河Island Residence低層A室，實用面積391平方呎，1房間隔，望城市景，業主以$1.75萬將單位租出，實用面積平均呎租$45。

中原陳凱超指，租客為年輕情侶，鍾情單位享特高樓底，具空間感，内攏企理，故拍板承租。業主於2015年10月以$625.4萬買入單位，持貨7年，租金回報3.4厘。
