葵涌迷你倉拆售最平58.8萬

示，全港首個迷你倉物業買賣項目葵涌「創庫一號」已推出市場，提供125個單位，至今餘下8伙待售，最平58.8萬元。

「創庫一號」位於葵涌打磚坪街生興工業大廈8樓，創利控股行政總裁梁嘉湧表示，項目獲得消防署及屋宇署批則，為可分契買賣項目，每個標準迷你倉面積約15.5方呎，早前已售117個單位，平均價約40萬元。

梁嘉湧表示，項目由迷你倉營運商「百寶庫」營運及管理，買家可選擇自用或收租，例如選擇收租可以與營運商簽訂租賃協議，月租1,900元，租期最長15年，如以現時最低售價58.8萬元計，則租金回報有約3.8厘。
