荔枝角碧海藍天2房$2萬租出業主可享回報逾7厘

香港置業-曾家輝董事表示，租出單位為荔枝角碧海藍天3座高層B室，實用面積約497平方呎，建築面積約667平方呎，屬2房間隔。曾家輝稱，該單位以$2.05萬放租一星期後獲新租客接洽，雙方議價後以$2萬成交，實用面積平均呎租約$40.2。據悉，新租客為情侶，心儀單位新淨企理，故睇樓1次後決定承租。

資料顯示，業主於2010年1月以約$328萬購入上述單位。以現時租金計算，業主可享回報逾7厘。
