荃灣名逸居2房$700萬成交價錢重回5年前

美聯物業荃灣愉景新城分行聯席區域經理鍾家豪表示，日前促成荃灣名逸居1座低層C室，實用面積530平方呎，建築面積703平方呎，2房單位，間隔方正實用，原業主原開價$878萬，近日減至$700萬成交，較銀行估價低約$100萬，實用面積平均呎價約$13,208，建築面積平均呎價約$9,957。據悉，參考同類型高層單位，上月以$768萬成交。而對上錄得$700萬成交已追溯至2017年6月，故是次成交價即重回5年前水平。

據了解，原業主實際於2011年3月以約$330萬買入，並於2016年1月以$570萬由兩個業權轉為一個。
