美孚居屋荔欣苑中層2房戶$455萬沽帳面蝕讓離場

美聯物業美孚高級區域營業董事吳志輝)表示，美孚區劈價及蝕讓情況蔓延至居屋第二市場，美孚居屋荔欣苑有2房單位剛以$455萬易手，未計裝修費帳面錄蝕讓。上述成交單位為荔欣苑C座荔林閣中層9室，2房間隔，實用面積429方呎，今年7月透過居二市場放盤，當時叫價$495萬，剛以$455萬沽出，減價$40萬，折合實用呎價約$10,606。

據了解，原業主於2019年6月以$522萬購得，是次轉手帳面蝕讓離場。
