紅磡都會軒2房海景戶$760萬易主低市價約5%

香港置業-梁德權董事表示，成交單位為紅磡都會軒1座中層10室，實用面積約490平方呎，屬2房間隔，向西南享海景。梁德權指，原業主以約$760萬放盤後吸引同區客洽詢，雙方零議價成交，實用面積平均呎價約$15,510，低市價約5%。據悉，新買家為租客，心儀單位享無敵景觀，故睇樓後即決定購入上述單位。

資料顯示，原業主於2004年9月以約$300萬購入上述單位，持貨約21年，帳面獲利約$460萬，單位期內升值約1.5倍。
