世紀21奇豐物業粉嶺區區域經理陳偉康表示，該行新近促成粉嶺景盛苑成交，單位為欣景閣(C座) 頂層戶，實用面積538平方呎，屬2房間隔，望開揚遠景，單位放盤3年，叫價$370萬，獲外區白居二買家洽購，以$350萬(居二市場價) 承接，實用面積呎價$6,506。

據了解，新買家心儀上述屋苑交通便利，而且屬高層單位開揚景觀，所以決定入市。原業主於2014年11月購入上址，當時作價$238萬，持貨9年多至今沽售，賬面獲利$112萬，單位期內升值47%。
