世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，新近促成筲箕灣居屋東駿苑成交，單位為銀駿閣(B座) 高層14室，實用面積433平方呎，採2房1廳間隔，座向東南望山景。單位於2023年11月放盤，當時開價$318萬，期間累減至$298.8萬，獲白居二買家洽購，終以$430萬(綠表價) 成交，整體累減$19.2萬，減幅6%，實用面積呎價$6,901。

郭少玲指出，原業主於2007年以$86萬(未補地價) 購入上址，持貨17年至今易手，賬面獲利$212.8萬，單位期內升值近2.5倍。
