世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，新近促成筲箕灣居屋愛蝶灣2座低層B室，實用面積592平方呎，屬3房間隔，單位於今年4月放盤，原開價$598萬，獲綠表買家洽購，以$575萬(綠表價) 承接，累減$23萬，實用面積平均呎價$9,713。

世紀21溢榮郭少玲續指，原業主於去年移民，故將上述單位交吉放賣，叫價比同類型較低。原業主於2000年以$133萬(未補地價) 購入上址，持貨23年至今易手，賬面獲利$442萬，單位期內升值3.3倍。
