美聯物業東九龍啟德一號分行(2)首席高級營業經理黃家樂表示，日前促成牛池灣曉暉花園5座頂層2房戶，實用面積485平方呎，連218平方呎天台，內櫳企理，景觀開揚，據了解，單位一直作投資收租用途，近日租約期滿，決定交吉出售，原放盤叫價$750萬，礙於市況淡靜，故大幅減價$58萬，以$692萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$14,268。

據了解，原業主於2017年1月斥資$708萬購入，持貨5年轉手蝕讓離場。
