美聯物業青山公路 - 豪景分行助理區域經理潘正道表示，有見樓市回穩，換樓客亦紛出動，該行最新促成同區換樓客斥740萬購入深井豪景花園1,382實呎戶，原業主持貨34年，帳面升值近3倍或$551萬。

潘正道表示，成交單位為深井豪景花園25座低層B室，實用面積1,382平方呎，附新淨裝修，間隔實用。據悉，買家為同區換樓客，有見單位呎價回落，且享有海景，遂以$740萬承接，實用呎價約$5,355。

原業主1990年以$189萬購入單位，持貨34年，帳面獲利$551萬，期內升值近3倍。
