沙田綠怡雅苑累減$22萬至居二市場價$408萬易主

世紀21奇豐物業沙田區營業董事莊振耀表示，該行新近促成沙田綠怡雅苑2座低層D室，實用面積425平方呎，屬1房間隔，座向正北面望山景，放盤時叫價$430萬，放盤3個月，累減$22萬，成功以$408萬(居二市場價) 成交，實用面積平均呎價$9,600。

據了解，原業主於2016年10月購入上址，當時作價$301萬(未補地價)，持貨近8年至今沽售，賬面獲利$107萬，單位期內升36%。
