沙田第一城17座低層2房戶以$14,800租出約4.7厘租金回報

中原地產 - 侯惠良經理表示，踏入暑假租賃旺季，租賃成交明顯增加，不少內地生開始加快租樓步伐。沙田第一城日前錄得17座低層D室成交，單位建築面積395平方呎，實用面積327平方呎，2房間隔，叫價約$15,400，議價後以$14,800租出，實用面積平均呎租為$45.3。

據了解，新租客為一名內地女學生，見單位位置方便，價錢合理，即決定以先付一年租金形式租入單位自住，方便上學。業主於2015年以約$375萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約4.7厘租金回報。
