沙田柏傲莊一期2A座低層3房套$2050萬易手升值約11.6%

中原地產沙田廣場分行副區域營業經理劉俊杰表示，大圍及沙田區11月暫錄41宗成交，與上月同期相若，大型屋苑柏傲莊佔約5宗。屋苑新近錄一期2A座低層A室成交，單位實用面積835平方呎，配置3房連套房及儲物房間隔，放盤時叫價約$2300萬，經過議價後以$2050萬易手，折合實用呎價約$24551。

據了解，新買家為區內換樓客，見屋苑交通便利，亦有大型商場及會所，生活配套完善，即決定入市單位自住。原業主則於2020年以$1837萬購入單位，持有4年，是次轉手獲利約$213萬離場，單位期間升值約11.6%。
