世紀21奇豐物業一城站分行高級分行經理李嘉文表示，新近錄得沙田曉翠山莊3座高層B室，實用面積1,066平方呎，屬3房連套房及工人房間隔，座向西北，望內園景。單位原叫價$1,350萬，放盤僅2日，累減$72萬至$1,278萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$11,989。

據了解，原業主於2014年6月購入上址，當時作價$980萬，持貨10年至今沽售，賬面獲利$298萬，單位期內升值30%。
