沙田好運中心2房議價後以$1.55萬租出業主可享約5.3厘租金回報

中原地產-吳嘉權經理表示，近期租賃成交活躍，沙田好運中心剛錄桂林閣(D2座)中層F室，單位實用面積334平方呎，建築面積423平方呎，2房間隔，議價後以$1.55萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$46.4。

據了解，新買家為一名內地大學教師，見單位位置方便，間隔合用，即租入單位自用。原業主於2014年以$348萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約5.3厘租金回報。
