祥益地產 - 黃慶德董事表示，屯門邁亞美海灣屬區內優質屋苑，配套完善且具備未來發展潛力。該行日前促成一宗買賣成交，原業主帳面大幅獲利離場。

成交單位為邁亞美海灣5座低層A室，實用面積431呎，兩房一廳間隔。新買家為區內分支家庭客，因屋苑鄰近家人居所，生活便利，加上單位附設企理裝修，且區內受惠南延綫基建利好，故決定以$363萬購入作自住之用，折合實用呎價約$8,422。

原業主於2008年以約$115萬購入上址，持貨約16年，是次轉手帳面獲利約$248萬，單位期內升值逾2倍。
