屯門邁亞美海灣2座中層2房戶新買家以稍高市價$468萬購入

祥益地產 - 邱家邦經理表示，屯門邁亞美海灣屬優質屋苑之一，日前該分行促成一宗買賣成交個案，原業主於2013年以約$333萬購入，轉手帳面獲利約$135萬。

邱家邦稱，上述所錄成交單位為2座中層E室，實用面積469平方呎，兩房一廳。新買家為外區客，鍾情該單位景觀優質，房廳擁全海景觀，而且內籠附雅緻裝潢，收樓後可即時入住。雖然原業主叫價稍高於市價，但新買家考慮到現時樓價較高位時已有所回落，心感優質景觀的單位可遇不可求，決定以稍高市價$468萬購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算呎價為$9,979。
