屯門良景邨7座高層2房戶未補地價$146萬成交

祥益地產 - 黃文樂經理表示，屯門區設施發展成熟，亦設有多條輕鐵及巴士綫前往各區，日前分行錄得一宗良景邨未補地價的買賣成交個案。原業主於2018年以約$49.3萬（未補地價）購入，轉手帳面升值近2倍離場。

黃文樂稱，上述所錄成交單位為7座（良英樓）高層8室，兩房一廳，實用面積385平方呎，日前獲外區綠表客垂青，新買家表示屋苑鄰近親友，方便照應，而且周邊配套不俗，考慮到業主有議價空間，樓價符合預算，遂決定以$146.68萬（未補地價）成交，以實用面積計算呎價為$3,810，屬市場價。
