屯門良景邨3座中層2房戶綠表客未補地價$134萬購入

祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示，屯門區設施發展成熟，亦設有多條輕鐵及巴士綫前往各區，日前分行錄得一宗良景邨未補地價的買賣成交個案。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為良傑樓中層9室，實用面積375呎，兩房一廳，日前獲區內綠表客垂青，以$134萬(未補地價)購入。新買家表示自己熟悉該區環境，有感周邊配套不俗，而且原業主有議價空間，累積減價$11萬，新買家考慮到現時樓價相對低水，可以負擔，遂便決定購入上址作自住之用，單位以實用面積計算呎價為$3,573，屬市場價成交。
