屯門瓏門3座低層2房$647萬沽屬市價成交

祥益地產 - 袁思賢董事表示，屯門瓏門是鐵路上蓋物業，擁大型會所及綜合式商場V city，屬區內焦點物業之一。日前分行促成一宗瓏門獲內地優才購入的成交個案。原業主於2019年以約$700萬購入上址，轉手帳面虧損約$53萬。

袁氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為3座低層E室，實用面積461呎，兩房一廳。據了解，新買家為內地優才，原本打算租入區內半新盤單位，但了解香港租賃市場後，有感「供抵過租」，決定轉租為買。新買家鍾情屋苑附會所設施，而且屬鐵路上蓋物業，貫穿大型商場，地理位置優越，考慮到有意長期在香港定居及發展，遂便決定以$647萬購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算呎價為$14,035，屬市價成交。
