屯門滿名山2房$535萬成交是次易手帳面虧損約$158.8萬

美聯物業-鍾百圖經理表示，成交單位為屯門滿名山滿庭8座中層D室，實用面積約603平方呎，屬2房間隔，向東，望山景。據悉，單位以$530萬放盤約3個月，因單位優勢，吸引兩組客人先後出價，新買家最終以$535萬成交，較市價高約1.2%新買家心儀單位鄰近哈羅國際學校，故睇樓2次後決定入市。

資料顯示，原業主於2020年以約$693.8萬購入上述單位，是次易手帳面虧損約$158.8萬。
