美聯物業 - 梁浩文董事表示，屯門碼頭區海翠花園最新錄得一宗成交，單位為1座中層G室，實用面積668平方呎，屬三房連套房間隔，最新以$545.6萬易手，折合實用呎價約$8,168。

梁浩文指出，單位原叫價約$550萬，近期獲家庭用家垂青，經議價後成功承接。買家鍾情單位實用，且屋苑配套成熟，生活便利，故決定入市自住。

資料顯示，原業主於2007年4月以約$185萬購入單位，持貨約17年，是次轉手帳面獲利約$360.6萬，物業升值約195%。
