屯門海翠花園低層累減價$35萬至$415萬沽出

祥益地產-黃慶德董事表示，成交單位為屯門海翠花園4座低層C室，實用面積521平方呎，日前獲區外投資客垂青。買家鍾情單位附設雅裝連基本傢電，毋須額外花費翻新即可出租，加上原業主增加議幅，累積減價$35萬，而且考慮該區受惠於港鐵南延綫發展，升值潛力可觀，遂便決定以$415萬購入上述單位作收租之用，實用面積平均呎價為$7,965。

黃氏續稱，該單位若作投資收租，現時市值租金大約為$1.4萬，租金回報率高達4厘。
