世紀21天生-鄭少坤董事表示，該行新近促成屯門星堤11座低層D室成交，單位實用面積554平方呎，屬2房間隔，座向西北望山景。物業原叫價$488萬，累減$63萬，獲外區上車客即睇即買，以$425萬承接，減幅近13%，實用面積平均呎價$7,671。

據了解，原業主於2011年4月以$369.7萬購入上址，持貨14年至今易手，賬面獲利$55.3萬，單位期內升幅15%。
