祥益地產-袁思賢董事表示,成交單位為屯門市廣場3座高層B室,實用面積353平方呎,2房。租客為區內分支家庭客,鍾情該屋苑位於屯門市中心,配套應有盡有,而且鄰近家人居所,方便照應。由於租客有良好職業証明,業主決定減租$1,000,租客鍾情單位內附企裝,房廳擁開揚山景,加上租金符合預算,終以月租$1.15萬租入,單位實用面積平均呎租$32.6。

袁氏續稱,如以同類型單位銀行估價約$373萬作計算,該單位的租金回報高達3.7厘。
