祥益地產-袁思賢董事表示，成交單位為屯門市廣場3座高層B室，實用面積353平方呎，2房。租客為區內分支家庭客，鍾情該屋苑位於屯門市中心，配套應有盡有，而且鄰近家人居所，方便照應。由於租客有良好職業証明，業主決定減租$1,000，租客鍾情單位內附企裝，房廳擁開揚山景，加上租金符合預算，終以月租$1.15萬租入，單位實用面積平均呎租$32.6。

袁氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估價約$373萬作計算，該單位的租金回報高達3.7厘。
