祥益地產-黃慶德文董事表示，日前屯門居屋富健花園錄得5座中層E室成交，實用面積431平方呎，2房，日前獲區內客垂青。據了解，買家前後睇了多個樓盤，足跡遍佈區內，雖然單位為銀主盤，但其價格十分吸引，推拍價對比銀行網上估價約$363萬低逾54%，加上客廳及房間均擁開揚河景，上述買家遂便決定以$243萬(自由市場價)並一筆過付款購入上址作自住之用，實用面積平均呎價為$5,638。
