屯門富健花園4座中層3房戶居二市場價$388萬成交

祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示，日前屯門居屋富健花園錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為4座中層B室，實用面積592呎，三房兩廳，日前原業主放盤僅5日便獲區內客垂青。由於買家的兒子居於富健花園，故安排住同屋苑以方便照顧。據了解，新買家為綠表客，心儀富健花園位置方便，又可住近家人，加上買家獲兒子出資，遂便決定以$388萬(居二市場價)購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$6,554。
