屯門大興花園2房獲新買家$350萬「即睇即買」

祥益地產-袁思賢董事表示，成交單位為屯門大興花園一期3座高層G室，實用面積394平方呎，2房。新買家為區內首置客，鍾情屋苑毗近屯門鐵路站，交通方便，而且單位內籠附企理裝修，加上議價後，原業主即時減價$10萬，新買家考慮到上址鄰近家人住所，方便日後互相照應，遂便決定以$350萬「即睇即買」上址作自住之用，實用面積平均呎價為$8,883，屬市價成交。

據了解，是次成交單位原業主於2022年以約$368萬購入上址，是次轉手帳面虧蝕約$18萬。
