屯門大興花園1期2座低層2房戶區內客以$310萬承接

祥益地產 - 張才權執行董事表示，屯門大興花園1期環境清幽，交通方便，吸引不少區內及外區客。近日錄得1期2座低層A室成交，單位實用面積428平方呎，兩房兩廳間隔，新買家為區內客，鍾情屋苑鄰近家人居所，雖未能實地睇樓，但參考單位照片後，以$310萬購入上址作自住之用，折合實用呎價約$7,243，屬稍低於市價成交。

資料顯示，原業主於2016年以約$282.8萬購入單位，持貨約8年，是次轉手帳面獲利約$27.2萬。
