世紀21Q動力 - 招潔冰董事表示，該行剛促成小西灣藍灣半島租務成交，單位為6座低層 F 室，實用面積492平方呎，屬2房加儲物室設計，眺望山景及池景，剛以$21,000租出，實用呎租約$42.7。

業主於去年9月放租，舊租客遷出後，新租客即睇即承租，無議價直接租入。據悉，新租客為外區客，心儀單位設計及裝修整潔明亮，環境舒適，屬市場罕有放盤，故決定即時承租。

資料顯示，業主於2011年2月以$445萬購入單位，現時租出可享約5.7厘租金回報。
