世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示一名區內買家以自由市場價$580萬，購入將軍澳裕明苑裕榮閣(A座)低層1室，實用面積649平方呎，三房大廳單位望內園景。較業主於去年七月放盤叫價$680萬，累積減價$100萬，減幅達14%，實用面積呎價為8,937。

原業主於1994年4月以約$104萬(未補地價）購入物業至今，持貨29年，由於現時以已補地價的自由市場售出，實際升幅未能確定。
