香港置業將軍澳新都城三期分行市務經理(銷售)莊家豪表示，曰前促成將軍澳裕明苑A座低層15室，實用面積約438平方呎，建築面積約601平方呎，2房間隔，向東南望公園景，原叫價$548萬，減價約$78萬以$470萬自由市場價成交，實用面積平均呎價$10,731。

據了解，買家為首置客，心儀物業造價相宜，加上景觀開揚，火速決定承接自住。原業主於2006年8月以約$120萬購入上述單位，是次轉手帳面獲利$350萬，物業升值近3倍。
