將軍澳海翩滙2房獲買家以$710萬承接持貨約9年轉手帳面獲利約$157萬

美聯物業-陳健豪經理表示，該行新近促成將軍澳海翩滙5座高層E室的二手成交，單位實用面積約505平方呎，屬2房間隔，獲買家以$710萬承接，實用面積平均呎價為$14,059。

陳健豪指，買家心儀屋苑設有會所，設施齊備，單位設有露台，且價格符合預算，故決定成交。原業主於2016年9月以約$553萬購入上述單位，持貨約9年，是次轉手帳面獲利約$157萬，或約28.4%。
