將軍澳景林邨累減$55萬至$133萬

世紀21物業-魏仕良經理表示，日前促成將軍澳景林邨景松樓低層15室，單位實用面積349平方呎，1房開則單位望園景，較業主於去年十一月放盤叫價$188萬，累減$55萬，累計減幅達29%，實用面積平均呎價為$3,811。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2011年2月以居二巿場(未補地價)35.1萬元低價購入物業至今，現在成功以$133萬售出，賬面獲利$97.9萬，物業14年大幅升值2.8倍。
