將軍澳景林邨累減$33萬至$297萬易主 15年升值1.2倍

世紀21物業-魏仕良經理表示，最新成交為將軍澳景林邨2座(景櫚樓)中層15室，單位實用面積349平方呎，2房開則有景有裝單位，剛以自由巿場(已補地價可自由買賣)$297萬沽出，較業主去年十月叫價$330萬，累減$33萬，減幅達10%，實用面積平均呎價為$8,510。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2010年5月以自由巿場(已補地價)$133萬購入物業至今，現在成功以$297萬售出，賬面獲利$164萬，物業15年升值1.2倍。
