將軍澳慧安園累減$48萬至$412萬沽出

世紀21物業-魏仕良經理表示，踏入蛇年將軍澳慧安園接連錄得成交，最新慧安園成交為一座低層H室，單位實用面積354平方呎，兩房一廳企理裝修單位望泳池景，剛以$412萬沽出，較業主去年十月叫價$460萬，累減$48萬，減幅達10%，實用面積平均呎價為$11,638，售價幾近重返11年前購入價。

魏仕良補充，原業主於2014年7月以$366萬購入物業至今，現在成功以$412萬售出，賬面僅獲利$46萬，物業11年僅僅升值13%，如果扣除成本，實際獲利不多。
