將軍澳廣明苑山景戶$355萬成交持貨21年帳面獲利$271萬

世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，一名綠表買家成功以$355萬，購入將軍澳廣明苑廣瑞閣（D座）中層4室，實用面積539平方呎，兩房大廳單位望開揚山景，據報業主於本年八月放盤綠表叫價$380萬，現在成功以$355萬售出單位，一口減$25萬成交，實用面積平均呎價為$6,586。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2003年1月以$84萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，持貨21年帳面獲利$271萬，物業期間大幅升值3.2倍。
