世紀21物業分行經理魏仕良表示，最新成交為將軍澳康盛花園四座低層B室，實用面積589平方呎，三房大廳企理裝修單位望開揚市景，據報，業主本年七月放盤叫價$470萬，現在獲買家以連補地價$423萬成交，一口減$47萬，減幅10%，折合實用面積呎價為$7,182。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2014年5月以連補地價自由市場以$368萬購入物業至今，現在成功以$423萬沽出，帳面獲利$55萬，物業10年升值14%。
