香港置業-曾梅芳表示，售出單位為將軍澳天晉三期3A座3B座高層D室，實用面積約355平方呎，屬1房間隔，向西望開揚景。曾梅芳稱，單位以$650萬放盤約2個月後獲外區客接洽，雙方經議價後以$640萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$18,028，較市價高約2%。據了解，買家為首置客，心儀單位向西，光線充足，故睇樓1次即決定入市。

資料顯示，原業主於2019年6月以約$760萬購入上述單位，是次轉手帳面虧損$120萬。
