奧運喜遇極高層1房戶月租$1.5萬回報率約為3.1厘

香港置業 - 周栢達經理表示，該行最近促成了一宗喜遇1房戶的租賃成交，新租客以每月約$1.5萬承租，實用呎租約$48.5。

上述租出單位位於喜遇極高層A室，實用面積約309平方呎，屬1房間隔，向東望樓景。周栢達稱，業主最初以$1.55萬放租，約一個月後由外區客洽詢，經過雙方議價，最終以約$1.5萬成交，單位實用呎租約$48.5。據悉，租客為一對夫婦，他們特別喜歡單位的開揚景觀和充足的採光，因此在首次看房後即決定承租。

資料顯示，業主於2017年9月以約$576萬購入該單位。以目前的租金水平計算，業主的年回報率約為3.1厘。
