太古城雅蓮閣中層3房戶月租$4.7萬

香港置業太古城恆山閣分行首席聯席董事布家良表示，藍籌屋苑之一的太古城向來受用家追捧，該行剛促成一宗太古城的3房套連儲物室的租賃成交，新租客以約$4.7萬承租單位，實用呎租約$42，屬市價成交。

上述租出單位為太古城雅蓮閣中層A室，實用面積約1,121平方呎，建築面積約1,237平方呎，屬3房套連儲物室間隔，向東北享海景。布家良稱，業主以月租約4.8萬元放盤約1個月後獲外區客接洽，雙方議價後減價約$1,000，以約$4.7萬承租，實用呎租約$42，建築呎租約$38。據了解，新租客為家庭客，心儀單位有裝潢，故睇樓3次後即拍板承租。
