太古城漢宮閣高層3房戶外區客以$920萬成交升值77%

美聯物業 - 錢敏義經理表明，資金持續流入樓市，筍盤更見承接力。該行剛促成太古城漢宮閣一個高層F室單位的成交。實用面積約723平方呎，獲外區客以$920萬承接，折合實用呎價約$12,725。原業主自2009年持有至今，是次轉手帳面獲利約「4球」。

錢敏義指出，太古城本月已錄得17宗買賣成交。上述剛成交的單位配置為三房間隔，位於高層南向，屬於屋苑內的優質放盤。原業主最近叫價約$950萬，經過約$30萬的議價後，最終由外區客以$920萬成交。

原業主於2009年5月以約$520萬購入該物業，是次轉手帳面獲利約$400萬，物業升值77%。
