祥益地產 - 黃慶德董事表示，日前天水圍天盛苑錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為R座高層7室，實用面積506呎，兩房一廳，日前獲區內客垂青。該買家為綠表客，主要心儀屋苑毗鄰鐵路站，交通方便，加上客廳及房間均擁開揚景觀，而且原業主願意調整價格，累積減價達$37萬，上述買家遂便決定以$323萬(居二市場價)購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$6,383。
