祥益地產-謝利官經理表示，日前分行促成一宗天水圍嘉湖山莊樂湖居4座低層B室，實用面積633平方呎，3房連套房。據悉，買家為準婚首置客，鍾情屋苑鄰近家人住所，方便日後互相照應，加上單位內籠企理實用，客廳及房間均擁開揚景觀，而且原業主增加議幅，累積減價$50萬，上述買家遂便決定以$510萬購入上址作婚後愛巢之用，實用面積平均呎價為$8,057，屬市場價成交。
