祥益地產 - 謝利官經理表示，日前天水圍嘉湖山莊1期(樂湖居)錄得一宗區外客的買賣成交個案。原業主於2024年12月以約$495萬購入單位，即持貨不足半年，是次轉手帳面獲利約$15萬。

謝氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為1期4座高層A室，實用面積636呎，配置為三房兩廳連套廁。該單位日前獲區外客垂青，新買家為退休人士。主要被天水圍區高綠化度和舒適的環境所吸引，加上屋苑附設的會所和完善配套，非常適合退休生活。此外，屋苑鄰近家人住所也是他們購入的一大考慮因素。新買家最終決定以$510萬Full pay購入該單位作為自住之用，實用面積的平均呎價為$8019。
