美聯物業 - 汪子龍董事表示，供樓扺過交租已出現於多區屋苑，「租轉買」交投不斷，該行最新促成白石角逸瓏灣8實呎494戶以$610萬沽出。

汪子龍表示，成交單位為白石角逸瓏灣8 第3A座低層F室，實用面積494平方呎，採兩房間隔，單位早前以$680萬放售。買家為區內租客，心儀單位戶型實用、高樓底設計及屋苑鄰近科學園，故議價後以$610萬承接，實用呎價約$12,348。

資料顯示，原業主於2019年以$658萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面虧損$48萬。
